Lecture: Analysis of Democratic Change and Stability in the context of Hybrid Threats

On October 15-16, 2021 Jan Cingel, the Founder and CEO of Strategic Analysis held a lecture titled “Analysis of Democratic Change and Stability in the context of Hybrid Threats” within Humanity in Action Bosnia and Herzegovina’s project “Defending Euro-Atlantic Values: Capacity Building and Resilience Enhancement through Strengthening Research and Debating Capacities of Young Professionals in BiH”, supported by NATO Public Diplomacy Division. 

The lecture touched upon the historical context of hybrid threats, their actors, their environment, the toolkit used for hybrid threats, furthermore, how to counter hybrid threats, and how to build resilience against them. Participants also had to elaborate their own SWOT analysis on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s hybrid threats.
