Montenegro Webinar: NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1, III.

On December 17, 2020, the Strategic Analysis Slovakia, in close cooperation with the ALFA Centar Nikšić, organized a third online webinar entitled „NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1“ for young leaders from Montenegro. 

Twenty-five participants, members or aspiring members of the NGO/CSO community in Montenegro joined the webinar, during which they learned about the project management cycle. They also had an opportunity to brainstorm about their project ideas focusing on sheltered workshops and the employment of people with disabilities and how to increase children’s interest in book-reading.
