North Macedonia Webinar: NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1

On September 24, 2020, the Strategic Analysis, Slovakia  in cooperation with the Horizon Civitas, North Macedonia held an online webinar entitled „NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1“ for North Macedonia’s NGOs’ and CSOs’ workers. The webinar was led by the Strategic Analysis’ CEO – Ján Cingel. 

Eleven motivated civil society representatives aspiring to develop their capacities joined the webinar, during which they learned about the project management cycle– from drafting their project ideas SMART-ly, to grant searching, to project management, control, and evaluation. Moreover, they had an opportunity to brainstorm about their project ideas focusing on women´s employment and empowerment.
