Montenegro Webinar: NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1

On October 28, 2020, organised the Strategic Analysis Slovakia, in close cooperation with the ALFA Centar, an online webinar entitled „NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1“ for young leaders from Montenegro. 

Twenty-three participants, members or aspiring members of the NGO/CSO community in Montenegro joined the webinar, during which they learned about the project management cycle. They also had an opportunity to brainstorm about their project ideas focusing on the mitigation of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the lowest income families by cooperating with local authorities, NGOs, and food bank networks; disinformation and the spread of fake news and increasing business ventures led by women.
