Montenegro Webinar: NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1

On March 25, 2021, the Strategic Analysis, Slovakia in close cooperation with the ALFA Centar, Nikšić organised an online webinar entitled „NGOs/CSOs‘ Project Management Training – Level 1“ for young leaders from Montenegro. 

Fifty-four participants, members or aspiring members of the NGO/CSO community in Montenegro joined the webinar, during which they learned about the project management cycle. They also had an opportunity to brainstorm about their project ideas focusing on the sexual education of young people and family building and planning, and closer cooperation between universities and youth organizations for preparing young people for the job market.
