Project Management Training at Beder University in Tirana

On September 9, 2021, Jan Cingel, the Founder and CEO of the Strategic Analysis held jointly with Samet Shabani, Chief Executive of the Horizon Civitas an intense training focusing on project management for the academic and non-academic staff of the University College Bedër in Tirana, Albania.

Twenty-eight employees of the Beder University joined the training to enhance their skills and broaden their knowledge on project management, following the whole cycle from creating the project idea, building the project proposal on the idea, where to find suitable funding for project ideas, how to build an advocacy campaign, and so on. Moreover, the participants had an opportunity to develop their own project proposals during the practical part of the workshop, focusing on increasing the media literacy of high school students and increasing awareness of climate change issues among the general population.
