Recognition of the Republic of Kosovo by the four NATO members that do not recognize Kosovo – Spain, Slovakia, Romania and Greece – would transform the moribund EU-led Dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and the entire region, including Bosnia-Herzegovina.
