Final Advocacy Event: Inside ABL Communities

On July 14th, the Strategic Analysis Think Tank, in cooperation with project partners Populus Rei and the Information Center on NATO and EU, organized the final event of the project called „Building Economic Resiliency of Communities Adjacent to the Occupation Line along Tskhinvali Region/South Ossetia in Georgia“ supported by SlovakAid.

The event, titled “Inside the ABL”, brought together over Georgian experts, stakeholders from key state institutions, representatives of the donor community, and project participants from the target regions. Discussions focused on the long-term impact of project activities, the needs and challenges of ABL communities, and practical recommendations based on direct feedback from the field.

Despite persistent challenges such as isolation, limited access to services, and vulnerability to disinformation, the communities continue to show remarkable strength and commitment to improving their lives. The event provided a platform to advocate for their needs and highlight the tangible outcomes of the project.
